It is a matter of bliss that the new session of Rajiv Gandhi Mahavidyalaya is going commence. The college has been established with to provide qualitative higher education, the rural youth of this region which is legging behind in the present day scenario of throat cut competition. The establishment of this college is the dream project Birender Singh, Union Minister, Govt. of India so that the talented youth of this region may bring laurels this region by way of registering their presence at national and international level in the academic field as well as in the other co-curricular activities. It is, however, a fact to be reckoned with that India is a country ofyouth who play a decisive role in shaping the destiny of the nation as well as society at this critical juncture of time. If the energy of youth is not channelised in a proper way, it may bring results full ofhavoc for the whole nation. In such a situation, the responsibility of the head of an educational institution becomes more challenging in preparing the students to achieve the desired goals. So, becomes the prime duty of all of us to guide the youth, especially the students who have been enrolled for higher education. They taught and trained properly so that they could be moulded into good and responsible citizens of the country as the country expects much them. In order to accomplish such expectations from the youth, the role of the educational institution very significant in transforming the students who have the ability to change the dream of a better world into reality. Therefore, with the prospect of a prosperous society, the college aims at all- round personality development of the students so that they would be able to make a glorious future for themselve.
